NEW FOR 2026
The Michigan Publinx Golf Association awards Honor Roll points for each of our events.
For 2026 onwards we will prioritize these MPGA events to decide the PUBLINX PLAYER OF THE YEAR.
We also award a smaller number of points for non MPGA events including:
- Michigan Amateur
- GAM Championship
- Syron Memorial
- Michigan Open
- Michigan Mid-Amateur
- USGA Championships
Recognizing that our members playing in these events have earned something towards their points total outside of the MPGA.
We also use these over a 2 year span to decide who qualifies for the Atlas Cup Team Roster.
The Top 8 Players based on cumulative points awarded over two seasons will be awarded a spot along with 4 Captains picks prior to the event.
**In order to be eligible for our Player of the Year and Atlas Cup, you must have played at least 2 Publinx events that year, being a member of teamplay counting as one event**
